Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Downloadable software and digital products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or misused after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at returns@apexmegastore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 5: Ship the item to the designated return address provided by our team.

Important: Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed. Please ensure you obtain an RMA number before shipping your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.
  • The return is due to an error on our part.

In such cases, Apex Mega Store will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, missing components, or returned after the 30-day window but within a reasonable timeframe).
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your preferred item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@apexmegastore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs clearly showing the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@apexmegastore.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original currency of payment. Any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.
